Buying apparel from Reno HD is always a pleasure when Laura is working. She is extremely friendly and very polite. From my Tshirts to Hats and she even encouraged my Full Face Helmet purchase which I kept going back and forth on. So Thank You Lala!!

I called from Mendocino. I needed to sell my 2021 Sportster 48 (this was my 4th Sportster) with 1273 miles on it outside the state of California because it is titled in AZ and CA doesn't allow any bikes from outside the state to be sold in the state until they have 7k miles.(yes, it's a ridiculous law)

Dane answered the phone and told me that the dealership would pay me $8375 for my bike. The blue book is $10,700. Fair enough. I put the bike in the trailer and hauled it the 5 hours. I arrive and provide title and the, essentially new, bike for inspection. Dane, gets the approval from the service inspection and then tells me he will "go $6000". "WHat? You told me $8500?" Dane says the "manager" threatened to "slap" him in the face for asking for more. Dane went on to tell me that the oil needed to be changed and there was a bigger inspection that had to be done before selling. I was tired from the hassle and conceded that I'd settle on $7k. He dialed a number and pretended that someone answered him with a resounding "no" without speaking a word. It was quite obvious that he had played this game a thousand times before.

His sleezy used car dealer tactics were embarrassing as well as insulting. He wasted my time and lied to me. I'll sell my bike for his "$6000" to some kid in Reno that needs a deal before ever doing any business that promotes this shady behavior.

My bike is as good as new with 1273 miles on it, has had the 1k service, and I have the title in hand. I paid over $14,000 14 months ago and have been offered $6k. Keep those numbers in mind if ever tempted to purchase anything at Reno Harley.

I went in to buy a $14,000 (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) Nightster Sportster 975 cc from the Reno Harley dealer . The salesman after a B.S. sales speech decided he could "do me a favor" and sell me the bike "out the door" for a very good deal of "$26,000 ! What do you think I did ?
Well , I gave him another chance to get serious and sell me a bike that maybe had a little less sales appeal at a reasonable price ! He did , he showed me a 107" Softail Standard ( listing for $14,899) for "only" ---$20,499 !
I have sworn to "Never again try to do business" with such a non-reputable dealer that choose to insult me rather than try to sell a motorcycle !
Good luck buying a motorcycle from Reno Harley Davidson ! I previously was a customer there buying more than 10 motorcycles over a ten year time period !!!

After my step son with autism destroyed my 2018 Fatboy. I worked with Edwin at Reno Harley Davidson to get my replacement. It took a little now I have a new 2023 anniversary Fatboy!

I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review to see if I felt the same way after 6 months of being a new bike owner with them. The buying experience was pretty top-notch, with no undue pressure and Matt C. did a great job of answering my questions and giving me a full picture of the 2022 Road Glide ST. The entire team treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and helped me get to where I wanted to be on the bike.

I've put 9k on the bike already and had a couple of service appointments. They were able to schedule me quickly and they communicate well if there is anything requiring my input. The bike is always clean and ready to go when they've said it will be, with no issues afterward.

We walked into Reno Harley-Davidson to just look at what was available, and we were greeted by Edwin E. at the door. He actually took the time to listen to what my husband was looking for and directed us to the right motorcycle. He and the whole team took the time to explain everything to us and work with us so that my husband could get the bike of his dreams. We cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience - the staff was friendly, made us feel welcome, and we are now a proud member of the Harley family.

To Edwin & the entire Harley team - you made us fans for life. Your unwavering commitment to service, kindness, and your customer-first attitude is top-notch.

Wasn't really impressed with staff at the street vibrations rally not around when you needed them in store most were outside. But the one that was really disappointing was the guy I had in parts he was not knowledgeable at all, give him the exact name of something I was looking for and he couldn't find it. I had to look it up myself on Harley's webpage and give him the correct numbers. The parts inventory was not impressive.

Just purchased my 2nd bike from this location and was very pleased with Edwin's help in finding the right bike to fit my needs! He made the process go smoothly! Thanks again Edwin, Gil

Went into Reno Harley to buy used and got an AMAZING deal. Matthew, Alec, and Mack helped me out.. the deal was super quick and easy but the atmosphere and people in this dealership are always so friendly. I loved to hangout and check out the motorclothes and accessories they have. 10/10 recommend Reno Harley to get the best deals and genuine people!

I went into buy a BMW S1000RR i was working with the assistant sales manager Jon C he was great answered all my questions let me test drive it. He was already giving me a good deal on the bike. On the test ride i had a worries about something i brought it up he intoduced me to his manager i belive his name was Mack but the guy was super cool we talked and i gave him an offer he did his thing and came back with a counter that was less than what i offered, that was a first. I have always heard bad things about reno Harley so i have always stayed away but from my experiance i havent met better people at any motorcycle dealership and i have bought a ton of bikes they have amazing sales service and just great people to talk to. So if you want to talk to people that acually care about doing the best for you and getting you in the road right come here. Ask for Jon C
