The humble hamburger has had a recent resurgent of late, with a many dedicated hamburger joints opening up around the world. I have fond memories growing up in Sydney of visiting our local milk bar with my father and ordering hamburgers on a Friday night for the entire family, it was a treat Ee all looked forwarded to. Today I was taken back to my childhood years when I visited go burgers in south wharf, Melbourne. I ordered the classic and added Brie cheese. This by far was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Everything about it was perfection, the meat was cooked and seasoned well, the salad fresh and the bun was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
