Great job, great price, quick no nonsense installers you get what you pay for, I didn't need high end Paul gave me a great price for supply & installation . I would recommend them.

This firm fitted my completed double glazing at my rented property. The quote at the time seemed reasonable. However they have been asked to go back and fix it so many times iv'e lost count over the course of a few years. I paid them to do a good job so why don't they go back and fix it the problems.
I have just found out from my builders now my tenants have moved out that the front door was so poorly fitted that the whole frame is loose and the fitting bolts are doing nothing. All the defects are still there so beware doing any business with this company.
Their after sales service is non existance and I would not recommend them.

Everything began well and they gave me a good quote...but it after it went so wrong. They replaced a broken glass but there was a big leak after they replaced it and this ruined my internal wall. When I called them they sent back somebody and fixed it but I wanted a week to check that there was no additional leak. This is when they began hassling me, calling everyday for payment (I had paid a lump sum) even twice a day. They even threatened to send me people (!?). After checking that there was no leak, I paid and when I complained about the way they handled my case...the owner hang up on me. This explains it all.

Might be a fab company regarding their work, but they are not considerate when it comes to their staff.. Getting fed up with them parking outside our properties all afternoon and overnight while they go to the pub in Old Harlow. There are parking restrictions here which they deem themselves too good to obey and in the meantime they make getting to our house difficult with those with a pram, and they also block out all the light.
