Panera Bread

This location is the best in the area PERIOD! I work from home and I pass another location to come to this one because everyone is so nice, the food is consistent, the bathroom is clean, wifi is strong, and it's overall a cleaner location than some of the others. Cleanliness is a big thing lately, and honestly, it should have always been, but this is where we are and it matters. I applaud the management here and hope that the stellar customer service doesn't change. I spoke with the manager today to compliment her and her team and I want people to realize how important this, compliment as often as you complain. The compliments and the balance they create matter.

Late breakfast , but they still had one four-cheese souffle left. Was warm and not hot, but very understandable being it was out for an extended period. Pecan braid was very good. I no longer get coffee at Panera's being the majority of the time, grounds were always present at the bottom of the cup. This particular Panera's has new employees so be prepared for a longer than usual wait, but am glad to see workers are starting to come back.

The food was good and staff was friendly. But, the price of $17 for sandwich, chips and drink is a bit steep.

So yesterday morning I showed up to pick up my catering order and the store was out of there 10 cup carafes. The manager sent one of the employees to another store to grab a few. The manager was so apologetic I only waited 10 minutes but she insisted on giving me some free scones for my coffee which was a great. Needless to say if that was the worst thing that happen to her that morning it was a great day. Once again thank you.....

Route 96, Victor, New York location.

I had the Signature Take Sandwich with the included side of chips. Along with a drink, it was ~$18.00. That's a lot of money for not a lot of (slightly upscale) fast food.

I was completely unimpressed with the sandwich. Way more bun than chicken. I'm not sure what the small round discs were. Very little mayo. Very little flavor. Perhaps it would be more flavorful with tomato, which I don't eat.

To be fair, this the first Panera meal that has disappointed me. But it was really unsatisfying. And expensive. My advice is to skip this sandwich unless you like bland food.

We've always been Panera fans, however today was not it. Waited 40 minutes for them to prepare 2 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel. Once we finally received our food the bagel was not there. Once we got the bagel it was not toasted and thrown in the bag. Not a good start to our morning, maybe next time.

This location has sealed my decision not to return to Panera. My wife and I went to this location and the dining room was closed.
The setup of the parking lot is ridiculous. You cannot turn into e drive through from the parking lot area. So once we are committed to the drive through, we find out that this location is not going to carry potato soup any longer. The one item that brought my wife to this location. Reluctantly we tried the small broccoli Mac and cheese with potatoes chips and a coke.
The coke was mixed wrong and tasted horrible. The chips were not edible, mostly stale.
The macaroni was a small portion and I did not even try it. I drove down the street to McAlister's. For a 1 more I got a meal that was so much better. This location will not see my again.

Wanted to place a $100 order but the store would not allow it because there was a line of customers. Now they are minus one customer forever.

I stopped in to grab a soufflé at 10:15 and they were out. Website mentions breakfast is served until 11-disappointing. Hardly anything in the bakery case, for being late in the mornin--not much to pick from. Ordered a baguette to take home. It was flat and VERY doughy. I even asked the girl at counter if it didn't rise long enough. She said, "That' our regular baguette. I order them here frequently and this is not the usual. Horrible! It's my first time here since Pandemic began. Very disappointing--won't be back.

What in the blue heck is going on at this location????? Everything we ordered was either not available or not available any longer. When saying one of the items we wanted a male employee walking buy got very vocal rudely saying "we haven't had that for 2 seasons". (Well bud I'm sorry, I must have not gotten that news letter).

So when we get our order we are missing not only silverware but part of the order.

When we go to ask about the missing food, they wanted to charge us again. I would of LOVED to show a receipt HOWEVER. The cashier as I was paying walked away and never offered to get me a receipt because she walked off to handle other things, even before my card was done processing.

Our family will choice a different location in the future.
