We went to this place on a Monday evening mainly because most other restaurants in the vicinity were closed on Mondays.

Parking was easy, and the restaurant featured a nice, modern sign and they were proud to be in business for over 40 years, since 1980. Which seems to be the same time the exterior was last painted. So we joked about offering to paint the street side wall in exchange for the food and went in.

The inside was cozy, like a living room. There were only a handful of guests and yet no free tables, so we were asked to go to the upstairs dining area. Nice, clean, spacious. Waitress was friendly.

What startled me was that this seems to be the only Greek restaurant that doesn't serve Zaziki with their dishes. You have to order it as a side. I'm sorry, but the meat heavy Greek dishes consisting of meat, fries and rice clog my throat without some zaziki lubrication.

So, I ordered a Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, olives, onions, peppers and cheese. For a whopping 9€. Well, what was served was disappointing! Preparation must have taken about 30 seconds, and the "salad" was 90% tomato, 8 olives, 4 peppers and two small pieces of cheese. What I got was an appetizer, and too expensive and tasteless at that. The bread basket we got was not edible but probably useful for cleaning rust off car parts.

With another starter dish "fried cheese" I paid 22€ for two starters and a beer, not worth the experience. Even with the nice ambiance.
