Here I am again.... At the worst Starbucks in the city. Decided to try my luck and park and come inside.... Still awful and the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to.

The staff is ok, but this place takes FOREVER!

Honestly, this location is just awful, and has been for the past 2 years. I usually have better things to do with my time than write a review, but this is just to warn others that if you don't want to wait 30 minutes for coffee, then go somewhere else.
They close the lobby regularly, too. So if you don't have a car you are out of luck. If you ordered ahead, still gotta wait in the drive-thru. Now your drink is just watered down by the ice. Awesome.
Occasionally if you're lucky, they will also just throw bakery items in the original manufactured packaging and give it to you, and call it a day.

Im updating my review because my prior one was more humorous than it was commending and today they deserved all the realistic praise! This location is absolutely killer. Whether its a wait or not you get to see how driven and optimistic these employees are. The girl whom Im assuming is the manager or the front runner of the show is phenomenal creating small talk while almost performing the flare of coffee behind the scenes. I havent been to another location that runs and performs like this one does. Id wait an hour here vs the one down the rd for 10 minutes.

Barista was friendly. Employees seemed to be working smoothly as a team. Wait time was reasonable. Bathroom was clean. Dining area was clean.

Do not recommend this location I rather drive 9 more minutes to the Selma location. Ordered my drink with specific syrups/ espresso shots & sugars first drink they gave me the wrong size with half the ingredients missing. Second drink correct size still missing half the ingredients. This location needs to go back to placing the stickers on the cups so the associates can actually get the orders correct.

this is my least favorite starbucks in the area.
if you want amazing service and consistent drinks go to the forum.
let me start by saying that i don't have the mentality that service workers should bend over backwards for customers. not at all! i don't believe in that old fashioned mentality. and i know starbucks has the worst customers.
it's just the drinks at this location are so inconsistent and i can't help but feel it's on purpose sometimes. especially when it says (as an example): "in a venti cup" on the sticker and it's in a grande cup...or another example: "extra ____" and there isn't even the NORMAL amount in/on it, it's much less.

The big Starbucks bot in the sky needs to recognize how slow this gig is and replace their folk.

I am gagged, this Starbucks took 25 minutes to get me my sandwich - which they never actually bagged! It sat, cooked, by their oven for over 20 minutes. After asking Isaac about my sandwich at the 15 minute mark, I got a "I'll call it out when it's ready," so I waited patiently for another 10 minutes. Knowing then that sandwich was comfortably room temperature, I asked for a refund & went on my way, disappointed by abysmal service. Save yourself the time & your stomach the sweet nothing by choosing a different Starbucks.

hi ! I'm usually not a tough critic but this experience was just bad . It was my friends birthday and when we ordered at the menu screen they didn't mention the app. So my friend ordered a hot cocoa & I ordered a mango refresher with no dragon fruit . When we got to the window the person gave us the total & we were like is that with the free birthday drink & she said we needed the app. But we didn't have the app but my friend showed her the id. Also her coco was halfway filled full, were out of peppermint & the hot Coco was cold . And they also gave me a mango dragon fruit refresher . I told them that I only wanted a mango refresher and the lady just stared at me & didn't offer to fix it . Won't be going to this location . Don't work at any place if your attitude just overall sucks & your obviously not trained to do a job . I'm a teenager who also works a teenage job and this girl was just overall passive aggressive & isn't a good face for the Starbucks company . The time I went was at 3:30 -3:55 not sure but there was no line and no reason to not do your job correctly
