Sushi Shop

Amazing sushi! We came here when we were visiting Nice and were not in the mood to do a fancy sit -down meal but instead just wanted something to go. This is a sushi place by Joel Robuchon, and as one would expect - they have really eclectic sushi options.

For a vegearian, it is perhaps not the best sushi but if you eat meat & fish - I would highly recommend coming here and trying a few different types of sushi. They are some sushi which are also available by the piece as well. To add, this place is fairly reasonable.

My boyfriend ordered a portion of each the foie gras and truffle sushi and I ordered a portion of the cucumber and avocado sushi. Both of us loved our sushi!

If you want sushi from here get take away!

Sat down at 19:15 didn't get seen until 19:36 where we ordered our food and drinks, drinks came instantly but the food was another story. By 20:30 our food had arrived, since when does it take an hour to prepare sashimi?

Sashimi was warm to the touch and didn't seem as fresh, the beef asparagus was socked in vinegar making it unbearable. Prawn tempura rolls were, well ok, it's fried prawn wrapped in rice pretty much a safe dish.

Would have given it 1 star but our waitress was apologetic and the manager knocked 20% off our bill however I would not recommend dining in, grab a take away!

Visited Sushi shop for lunch today. I'm very disappointed everything came straight out of the refrigerator. Im someone who likes their sushi on room temperature and not cold...

A quite classy place with wooden furniture, leather seats, etc.
Sushi for the experienced as they offer also quite unusual spring rolls etc, and the rice, wasabi and soy sauce are slightly non-mainstream. Prices between average and pricey.
Impersonal service.

This place advertised they were open until 11. I spent 25 euro to get here and they were closed at 10:30!!! Thats just bad business!!!

Just go some Sushi there for the family today.... We tried a variety of different rolls and all were really good.

Since I had to pick up it could see the production, all fresh items were used and the Sushi was made a la minute (although they have some boxes prepared for walk ins)!

It is definitely one of the best Sushis I ate in the area. As well the beans and coleslaw were good.

Overall real good experience, would en even better if they would have delivered.... Can only recommend it.

This is mostly a place for take out sushi. It is very hot inside with no air conditioning. For the price of the sushi, it was not very good. The maki rolls were mediocre and were very small. Since they focused so much on the take out orders, there is no staff looking after the sit down guests.

Good sushi, but not the best one I have tried. Good value for the money and the food came fast.

i really enjoyed the sushi- though i did see other people order tuna which didn't look too fresh so i ordered mostly salmon which was delicious!

The sushi was very good. Well prepared and presented, although the portions were just a bit small. Not a big deal. It tasted great and was worth the money. The biggest problem we had was the absolute lack of service. It was horrible! We finally left (2 of us) after spending 53 euro because we could not get their attention to order any more food or drinks. We got there when they opened at 6pm and left at 6:45. There were 2 other tables that came in that were having the same experience as we were having, and they also did not seem happy. So, if you like good sushi, and quality service is not a concern, then this place is great! Maybe it was just a bad night, but either way, we left unhappy. Good luck.
