The Strathspey Railway

A really awesome trip, even if you only drive a small part of the route. We walked 3 hours from Aviemore and drove back with the steam train in the early evening at 4pm. Great spectacle and a must if you are in the region and fan of trains. The also plan to build a new track to grantstown on spey until 2015

A wonderful High Tea Service; excellent service; delicious food. A pleasant ride into the countryside. A wonderful way to spend 2+ hours on a Sunday afternoon.

The scenery is fantastic, staff are friendly and the kids loved the steam engine
